A high end CNC machine gives us the ability to supply high quality test fixtures with the accuracy and repeatability needed for today's complex board topologies and ultra fine pitch targets.

We have experienced test engineering staff experienced in high volume board manufacturing and fault isolation techniques. This experience along with a host of software capabilities, allows our programming services to meet or exceed your testing requirements.

Automated Optical Inspection:
Automated Optical Inspection is a tool for checking the quality of PCB products during production as well as in prototyping stages. AOI machines use special lighting and image processing techniques and can enhance inspection accuracy, repeatability and performance. NEA can provide you with AOI solutions to enhance the quality and throughput of your PCB production line.
